Without a doubt, teachers are the foundation of a secure classroom. Teachers possess necessary qualities (commitment, knowledge, passion, enthusiasm, dedication, etc…) that ultimately shape the foundation of the classroom. The attitude the teacher displays creates an atmosphere where students can thrive and gain self-assurance. As students are always being introduced to new fundamentals, teachers act as role models, providing encouragement and motivation, and their dedication to each student's development promotes a feeling of security and trust.
